Safety & Sanitization Protocols

The health and safety of our guests and employees is our #1 priority. In light of the COVID-19 pandemic, we think it is important that you understand our efforts so that you can make an informed choice. We are focused on taking all reasonable measures to prevent the spread of COVID-19 in our community. Our team has been involved with other water parks around the world to identify best practices to safely open. Based on the recently revised CDC guidelines stating that pools and water parks are no longer banned, we are working diligently to get approvals to open the park.
We will be increasing the cleaning frequency for things such as common touchpoints, dining areas, lifejackets and slide tubes. We will be limiting park capacity to encourage social distancing. We’ve installed social distancing markings and will limit attraction queues. Additionally, we have taken measures to monitor and address symptomatic employees by a daily health questionnaire,
temperature checks, and protocols to isolate, confirm, respond, and 14-day quarantine any employee suspected of COVID-19. You can view the complete list of measures we’re taking by

This situation continues to change daily, and as such, we will adapt and adjust our protocols and procedures as we follow the guidance provided by the CDC and local health departments, in our efforts to help keep our guests and employees safe.
We’d like to highlight that the CDC states: “Proper operation, maintenance and disinfection (e.g. with chlorine and bromine) of pools and hot tubs should remove or deactivate the virus that causes COVID-19.”
