Grab & Go

To process your passes online follow the simple instructions below and we’ll have your passes ready for you the first time you visit the park.

1.  In an e-mail addressed to please put the purchaser’s name in the subject line (this is the person who was billed for the purchase). You will need to do a separate e-mail for each pass purchased.

2.  In the e-mail please put the name of the person who will use the pass.

3.  Attach a photo of the person who will use the pass. Take a current face picture against a white or unobstructed backdrop. (Please NO hats, sunglasses, side profiles or inappropriate expressions or gestures – these will not be accepted)

4  If you purchased a Plus Pass please indicate which person you wish to be assigned to the Plus Pass.

5. Passes can be picked up at the park beginning opening day, March 25th.


To redeem your pass simply bring your barcoded print-at-home ticket to the “Grab & Go Window” or to the Season Pass process center to exchange for your Season Pass (valid ID may be required).
